Pricing and Payment:
We offer cash on delivery as well as online payments through Bkash and Nagad. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change our pricing without notice. All prices listed are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
Shipping and Delivery:
We offer shipping to locations within Bangladesh. We strive to ship orders on the same day of purchase. Delivery times vary depending on the shipping destination and the carrier. We deliver within 2-3 days in Dhaka and 2-5 days outside Dhaka (all over Bangladesh). Shipping charges are 80 Tk inside Dhaka and 120 Tk outside Dhaka.
Returns and Exchanges:
We do not offer returns unless the product is faulty. If the delivery man has left your location, we cannot accept returns. Return charges will be the same as the delivery charge. In case of a faulty product, we will not charge a return fee. Exchange is possible if the product is unused and in its original condition with all tags attached. The exchange fee will be 160 Tk.
